Women and Weight Loss-Insanity vs P90X

Spring’s coming and it’s time to lose those extra pounds. Most women who have been researching the best way to burn fat quickly while dieting have heard about the Beachbody workout programs. The company puts out a number of different workout programs, all hosted by top fitness trainers. Some of their programs, like the Brazil Butt Lift, are designed exclusively for women, while other programs are designed to appeal to either sex.. All the programs take a different approach to fitness, but they are based on sound science, not the latest fads.

Beachbody has two extreme fitness programs which are the most challenging of all: Insanity and P90X. If you’re a woman looking to lose weight, yet you’re not in bad shape, either one of these programs will be the hottest exercise program for this Spring in terms of losing weight.

In the Insanity vs P90X debate, you can lose weight with either program. If you also want to ramp up your metabolism, the Insanity Workout program will do this with extreme cardio workouts, but they are insanely hard. The P90X workout program builds more muscle than insanity does, but takes a little longer to lose fat. With either program, you must stick to a healthy, low calorie diet and not starve yourself. Without the proper nutrition for sustained energy, you won’t be able to do either program.
