Making a Great Personal Image

Good presence is not related to size or weight, nor is an area reserved for a few people, you and everyone working to have it, they can achieve. The good looks is a whole that includes both physical care and the attitude is the total image we project through gestures, education, and security posture, and can be achieved with dedication and care.
These are the aspects that we consider to achieve personal project an excellent image:
- Good Food: For good health, adequate attention to hair and skin, we must eat: dairy, protein, vegetables, fruits, grains and liquids
- Good physical condition is essential outdoor sport for good oxygenation, circulation and forever keep weight down. The grooming includes: Daily cleaning, skin care (body and face), a healthy and clean hair, clean hands and wear proper clothing, taking care to always be in good condition.
- Good manners and intellectual development, remember that “bad manners at home, bad manners forever.” Good manners are acquired by studying and practicing social habits. The rules of courtesy respond to the need to respect our neighbors and contribute to harmonious coexistence. The process of acquiring culture is not difficult, our ability to store knowledge and exercise we can identify the memory like a muscle that needs to be worked to develop and grow.
